BREAKFAST

What time do you serve your super breakfast? Will we have a reserved table?
You can enjoy breakfast from 08:00 until 09:45. It will not be necessary to reserve the table: every time you can choose where to sit, in the small breakfast room or in the garden.

Do you have products for people like me who have intolerances?
Sure! We have a menu with 6 options to choose from: salty, sweet, American, vegan, healthy and gluten free.

ROOMS

When do you clean my room?
We tidy your room, every day from 09:00 to 11:00 if vacated. The change of linen (sheets and towels) takes place every 3 days, obviously if you think they need to be changed.

Will I find something to drink in my room?
Of course, your room must be your place of comfort. Depending on the type of room, you can find the kettle and the coffee machine: for you, herbal teas are free. Drinks from the mini-bar, on the other hand, are subject to payment.

Can you accommodate people with mobility difficulties?
Yes, in the Noir room, the external one with patio, next to the swimming pool

Are there any restrictions on the use of the rooms?
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use stoves and fires for cooking in the room.

Do you have parking?
Yes, private, in front of our house.

PETS

Do you accept dogs?
Sure! Of course! However, we only have a limited number of PET-FRIENDLY rooms. We invite you to read our regulation.

SWIMMING POOL

When does the pool open?
From 08:00 to 19:30

Can I take a bath at night?
Unfortunately, it’s not allowed. To ensure thorough cleaning, we place the robot in the pool every evening and remove it early in the morning.

Can I have an aperitif by the pool?
For the safety of all guests, glassware and food are not allowed in the pool. The use of glass glasses is not permitted in the solarium area.

Can I smoke in the pool?
Out of respect for all guests, it is not allowed. However, you will find the ashtrays in the garden

I forgot my pool towel, can I have it?
Yes sure! Yes, of course! The service is available upon request at a cost of €4.00

GENERAL INFORMATION

What time is check-in?
Your room will be ready from 12.00. Check-in is from 12:00 to 13:00. We ask you to inform us of your arrival time in advance via whatsApp on +39.3921776095

If my arrival is after 13:00, will I find someone?
We will send you the personal codes to access the house independently when you prefer

What time do I have to leave the room?
We know you will never want to leave. And we understand it, but the room must be vacated by 10:00. Do you prefer to have a room available? An extended check out depends on the availability of the rooms: we can arrange it together during the holiday.

When do I have to pay for my room?
You can pay every day, from 08:00 to 12:00

How can I pay the balance of the room?
We accept debit cards, cards and cash.

Do you rent bicycles?
Sure! Of course! However, please let us know in advance to ensure availability.

Do you have a place to park our bicycles?
We have a small Bike Room. Please let us know in advance to check availability.

Can you recommend me some restaurants and places not to be missed?
Yes, absolutely. Valeggio and its surroundings offer truly extraordinary and super vagabond places. On our website in the page ‘Surroundings‘ you will find lots of advice. And when you come back you absolutely have to tell us everything!

How far is Lake Garda from you?
We are located 2 kilometers from the Peschiera del Garda exit. Peschiera del Garda can be reached in 8 minutes by car.
