PETS

Allowed in this room with a supplement for final cleaning (max 1 pet). Only well-behaved vaccinated dogs that stay at the side of the “master” are allowed! The stay of your 4-legged friend is free, but it must be requested at the time of booking. You will only be charged for the cost of final cleaning. Up to 2 nights: € 30.00, From 3 nights: € 40.00

KEYS

The loss or breakage of the magnetic key entails the payment of € 10.00 for each key

BOOKING

With the booking confirmation we ask, as a guarantee, a deposit to be paid by bank transfer equal to 30% of the total amount or by credit card. Mincio Relais can pre-authorize up to 100% of the total price to verify your card, if the credit card is not valid the hotel can cancel the reservation.

PAYMENT

The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival of the customer, upon delivery of the keys.

ADULTS ONLY

Not because we don’t love the little ones, but we want tranquility and relaxation to be part of the experience at Mincio Relais. For this reason, Mincio Relais is Adults Only. We welcome children over 12 ys old. If you are looking for a place designed for couples, you are in the right place!

BREAKFAST: from 08:00 am to 9:45 am

We have never had the buffet since the first day of opening in April 2021. Breakfast is managed in maximum safety, served directly at the table in the breakfast room or in the garden. The sweet and savory breakfast is available from 08.00 to 10.00 in the common room, or in the garden. If you have any allergies or eating disorders, please let us know at the time of booking.

CLEANING

The cleaning and sanitizing of the rooms and services are carried out daily from 09:00 am to 11:00 am if vacated by the guest. Otherwise, if the room is occupied, the cleaning will be carried out the following day. The change of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days. On request you can have it changed daily by paying a supplement of € 15.00 per day.

GREEN OPTION

We want to allow you maximum flexibility and for this you can decide whether you want the daily cleaning of the room daily or not.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in all indoor areas, including bedrooms.
