Check in
from 13:00 to 14:00.
Being a family-run establishment and not having a reception for other times, please notify us of your arrival time in advance by calling +39.392.1776095 by WhatsApp.
After 2:00 pm, you can access the structure in total freedom. Once the booking operations have been completed, you will receive the instructions and a code with which to access the facility.

Guests who wish to cancel their booking must send a cancellation communication in writing to the e-mail info@minciorelais.it. If you cancel your reservation:

Within 7 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be refunded.

After 7 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit amount will be withheld.

In case of no show without notice, the reservation will be cancelled the next day, the entire deposit amount or the entire payment will be withheld.

In case of interruption of the booked stay or early departure, no amount will be refunded.

COVID-19 SPECIAL: Only for bookings made directly with Mincio Relais (on our website, by email or by phone).

If in the last 14 days before your arrival date, your health condition or a government decision makes your stay impossible, we will offer you to reschedule your stay by converting the amounts already paid into a voucher valid for 12 months for your next stay.
